Mitchell had his first field trip this past Friday. His preschool went to Apple Hill (Apple Hill is off of 50 heading towards Lake Tahoe). We went as a family and met up with his preschool.
The weather was hot but we had a fun time. Mitchell was all about hanging out with daddy. He did really well listening to the tour guide and learning about how they make Apple Juice and Apple Pies, as well as other things. He got to see how the apples are cored and peeled. Then he was able to see a lot of people making pies, as well as the tools they used to pick the apples off the tree. We also got to go on a tractor ride and see all the different types of apple trees they have.
